Martin A. Kron

About

Attorney Martin A. Kron is a former New York State Traffic Court Judge who has presided over thousands of trials involving NYS Vehicle & Traffic Law and NYC Traffic Regulations. He was trained by the Department of Motor Vehicles. In his tenure as judge, he handled cases involving infractions ranging from speeding, running red lights, operating without insurance, and driving while suspended.

Attorney Kron attended Lehigh University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics. He graduated from Northern Illinois University College of Law and earned his Juris Doctorate in 1978. He is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Illinois.

Since 1986, he has limited his practice to fighting traffic violations and criminally related traffic violations. He has appeared in over 300 municipal courts in New Jersey and he has tried thousands of cases in New York City and New York State. Having been a judge, he knows how to think like a judge.
